Pathways To Thrive

Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional

“Biologically and spiritually, we need to bring all things to closure. After any painful and traumatic experience, we always receive internal guidance that can help us release the past and move on with our lives.”
-Caroline Moss
Everyone in this world is going to experience loss. That is life. After spring comes summer, then comes fall, and then winter. Winter does not stay forever. After winter spring is going to come. No power can stop it.
Some losses are irreplaceable. There are stages of grief that one goes through to come to grips with personal loss till one comes to a stage of acceptance.
For some people, it gets very hard to come to that stage of acceptance. It could be a belief that keeps them holding on to their grief. They choose to suffer.
Are you holding on to grief of loss of a loved one? Are you consciously choosing suffering?

Remember: People \ will hang onto pain till they find something better to hang onto.

Are you ready to release the past and move on with your life?
Are you ready to HONOR yourself?
Are you ready to LIVE your life, and live with a PURPOSE?
Are you ready to honor and cherish the memories of the person you loved and move on?
YES?
